The service is fast, friendly, and prices are more than fair in my opinion. Another major bonus is the consistency of both the food and service. The experience is fast and fresh every single time. You might have to wait in line, but once you order your food will be out usually within 10 minutes.
My journey has ended. I've been on a search for the best burger and have finally found it! Everything about this place is spot-on: local, friendly, fast service, killer fries, and the best damn burger in the country that your hard-earned money can buy. Pictures don't do our burgers justice, as our attention was elsewhere. Forget about your factory burger joints; go local and start here at the Black Napkin!
One of the best burgers I've had in GR. I had the classic smash burger and The Malcolm Burger. Both incredibly tasty with crispy edges, perfectly melted cheese, and the proper amount of toppings. The fries were delicious and crunchy - what better way to top off a burger than with some golden perfection friens

Can this place meet it's hype? It's a takeout place only and there is usually a line out the door. It is just a small place that you order at the counter and they'll call your name when it's ready.
I definitely get what the hype is about! I had a double Fussy Hussy, salted fries and the special dipping sauce. The building is very small and takeout is preferred (there are 4 small tables inside). There is almost always a line but it only takes about 10 mins to get your food. The smash burger was insanely delicious and crispy, and flowing over the sides of the bun. The olive mayo was perfect for the burger and the fries were some of the best fries I’ve ever had!! You gotta try this GR hot spot!! YUM!!
